05FAQ
What AI images can and can’t do for you. Anything missing? Ask by email.
Yes. Every scene is generated with AI from your product photo. That means you have to switch on the AI-content label when you run them as ads: Meta shows an “AI info” label, and TikTok has an “AI-generated content” toggle when you create the ad. Please check the platforms’ current rules, too.
That’s the whole point, and it’s checked. Every image is compared part by part with your photo: shape, color, parts and proportions. If the product doesn’t match, I redo it for free, and that never counts as a revision. If a scene still can’t be made faithful after several attempts, I swap it for a different scene rather than deliver a wrong product.
Not by default. Scenes are product-only: your product in a styled setting, without people. On-model shots aren’t part of the packages.
As overlays. Headlines, sublines, icons, buttons and your logo are placed as a separate layer on top of the scene, never generated into the image. Third-party logos and brands stay out of the scenes.
No. Ad copy comes only from your own product facts: your product page, listing or brief. No health, efficacy or result claims (“cures”, “burns fat”, “doubles sales”, “clinically proven”), even if asked. I may decline a line.
Yes: in ads, in your shop, on marketplaces and on social media. Two things to know. AI images aren’t exclusive, so a similar image could in theory be generated for someone else. And the AI image service I use may use inputs and outputs, including your product photo, to improve its models. Only send photos you own or may use.
Scenes come at 928×1152 pixels (4:5) plus a 1:1 crop. Ads come at 1080×1080, 1080×1350 and 1080×1920. That’s right for social feeds, Stories and secondary images on Amazon and other marketplaces. It isn’t 4K or print size. Keep your real photo as the main white-background image on Amazon.
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes, such as scene, props, light, crop, text or colors, handled in one go. Text-only changes on ad creatives are unlimited inside a round. Product-fidelity fixes are separate and always free.
